Help Desk Analyst

Zekiah Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our Engineering Support Services team and provide day-to-day help desk support.

A successful candidate will have skills that demonstrate a strong understanding of Helpdesk operations including the effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing systems as well as the ability to effectively communicate and maintain a professional relationship with all customers and clients. Candidate must also possess excellent problem solving skills, have strong organization and time-management skills, a “can-do” attitude, the demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced call center environment as a team member as well as independently.  

Candidate will be responsible for the installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment and software, documentation of internal procedures, providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems and providing contribution to the researching of data and developing analytical techniques/methodologies.

Experience and Education Required: 
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + CE)
  • Active and fully adjudicated DoD Secret Clearance (continued employment is contingent upon receipt of Top Secret Security Clearance)
  • 2 years of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience
